Vintage Wedgwood collector plate titled “May Day”, by Petula Stone, from The Village Green series.
This charming decorative plate features a traditional English village May Day scene with children holding floral garlands and a maypole in front of a country cottage. The soft rural colours and nostalgic village setting make it a lovely collectible piece for fans of Wedgwood, cottagecore decor, English country scenes, village life artwork, decorative wall plates or Queen’s Ware collector plates.
The reverse is marked Wedgwood, Made in England, “May Day” by Petula Stone. This is the fifth issue in The Village Green series, depicting scenes of village life at the turn of the century. Dated 1990. Official limited edition, limited to a maximum of 150 firing days.
Comes with original Wedgwood box and paperwork shown in the photos. Please note the outer box has age-related storage wear.

Good vintage pre-owned condition with light age-related wear/marks. Outer box shows storage wear. Please see photos carefully as they form part of the description.
