Vintage Wedgwood collector plate titled “The Steam Fair”, by Petula Stone, from The Village Green series.
This lovely decorative plate features a nostalgic English village steam fair scene, with people gathered around fairground stalls, a carousel-style attraction, flags, period clothing and a traditional village green setting. It has a soft cottagecore country feel and would suit collectors of Wedgwood, village life plates, country fair scenes, decorative wall plates or traditional English countryside artwork.
The reverse is marked Wedgwood, Made in England, The Steam Fair by Petula Stone. This is the sixth issue in The Village Green series, depicting scenes of village life at the turn of the century. Dated 1990. Official limited edition, limited to a maximum of 150 firing days.
Comes with original Wedgwood box and certificate/paperwork shown in the photos. Please note the box has age-related storage wear.

Good vintage pre-owned condition with light age-related wear/marks. Box and paperwork show some storage wear. Please see photos carefully as they form part of the description.
