Beautiful vintage Border Fine Arts collector plate titled “The Jasmine Fairy”, from The Festival of Flower Fairies collection by Cicely Mary Barker.
This decorative plate features a delicate flower fairy sitting among jasmine flowers and green foliage, with soft natural tones and a gold-tone rim.
