Vintage Crown Devon Serving Bowl / Dish, Lyre Pattern, 1930s–40s, Floral Scalloped Plate, Fieldings England
A beautiful vintage Crown Devon (Fieldings) serving bowl / dish featuring the elegant lyre and floral garland design, matching the jug and sugar bowl from the same set.
This piece has a wonderfully decorative scalloped, shell-like rim with soft blush-toned edging and delicate gilt detailing. The central motif showcases a classical lyre surrounded by fine floral swags and ornamental detailing, typical of Crown Devon’s refined decorative wares.
Although the design has an earlier Victorian-inspired look, the backstamp confirms production in the early–mid 20th century (circa 1930s–1940s).
A lovely display piece or usable serving dish, and ideal for collectors or as part of a coordinated set.

Good vintage condition overall.
No cracks
One small nibble/chip to the rim (see photos)
Light age-related wear and minor crazing
Still displays beautifully despite the small flaw.
