Beautiful vintage Aynsley Little Sweetheart two-handled urn vase, made in England from fine English bone china.
This elegant decorative vase has a traditional urn-style form with a flared trumpet-shaped neck, rounded lower body, pedestal foot and two small upward-curving handles. Its shape is also described by specialist china sellers as a bouquet vase, making “two-handled urn/bouquet vase” the clearest description for buyers. Chinasearch catalogues a Little Sweetheart Bouquet Vase within this range, while an exact visual match has also been recorded as a two-handled Little Sweetheart vase.
The Little Sweetheart pattern features softly coloured pink and blue flowers with pale green foliage against a glossy white background. Delicate raised white outlines and subtle embossed detailing give the floral decoration an attractive, almost three-dimensional appearance.
