Vintage Edwin M. Knowles collector plate titled “A Mother’s Welcome” by Norman Rockwell, from the Rockwell’s American Dream collector plate series.
This decorative fine china plate features a classic Norman Rockwell scene of a mother standing at a train platform with children looking out from the carriage above. The nostalgic railway setting and warm storytelling style make it a lovely collectible piece for fans of Norman Rockwell artwork, Americana decor, vintage railway scenes, family-themed artwork, decorative wall plates or collector plate collections.
The reverse is marked Edwin M. Knowles, Norman Rockwell, “A Mother’s Welcome”, 1986, fourth issue in Rockwell’s American Dream. The plate is an edition strictly limited to 150 firing days and authenticated by the Rockwell Society of America.
Comes with original box and paperwork/leaflet shown in the photos. Please note the outer box has age-related storage wear.
